For almost eight years I worked as a Quality Control specialist which consisted of online editing, proofreading, data entry, internet research, filing and general office duties.  I am now in search of a new chance to contribute to a company that will allow further room for development and to boost my administrative and clerical knowledge and skills.

Responsible for child care (while on duty) and also for the housekeeping that pertains to the Hoy family.
 Duties include clarifying child care requirements: studying, food choices, medical conditions, personal habits, and restrictions. 
 Maintain a safe environment by allowing only authorized persons near children, record parent location, and remain vigilant of anything unusual.
 Create a positive child care climate by preparing various activities, playing games, avoiding conflict situations and nurturing self-esteem.

Caregiver

Responsibilities included proof reading and editing web copy, online marketing materials and newsletters, website maintenance using a content management system, domain transfers using FTP Software, and general office duties for an Internet company that provides lead generating websites for licensed realtors across the country.

Quality Control/Data Entry

Order entry for a small courier company.  Responsibilities included heavy phones, data entry, filing, copying and faxing.

Maintained client accounts for independent courier company.
Customer service responsibilities included answering 6-line phone system, database management, and payroll filing.

Administrative Assistant

Scheduled resort reservations, evaluated and resolved customer inquiries, issues and requests pertaining to applications, rates, programs, billing and contracts.  Responsibilities included heavy phones, data entry and general office duties.  Assisted in hiring and training employees.  Successfully met monthly productivity standards and worked independently with a positive and diplomatic approach to accomplish company goals.  Acquired excellent organizational and communication skills through this position.

Customer Service Specialist/Office Assistant

Assisted in overseeing customer service department; responsibilities included property owner inquiry resolution regarding contracts, accounts receivable, and billing.

 Assisted in hiring and training of new employees: interviewing and new hire orientation.
