Vice President Operations

Accountable for all Operational performance and total cost control and profitability. Responsible for Operational P&L, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Scheduling, Global supply chain, Distribution and Logistics. Manage Sr. staff of Directors, various levels of Mid Management and 450 employees. Member of Durcon's Executive Committee.

Accountable for Division performance and total profitability. Responsible for P&L, engineering, materials, manufacturing, quality, planning, distribution, sales and marketing. Oversee Distribution Hubs in Hong Kong, Austin and Manufacturing Operations in Shenzhen China. Manage Sr. staff of 4 Directors, various levels of Mid Management and 858 employees.

Division Senior Vice President

Accountable for business unit performance including P&L, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, quality and facility oversight. Intensive customer interface including contract negotiations. Responsible for Annual revenues of $60MM and an organization with 280 to 1040 employees. 
• In twelve months drove on time performance from 60% to 95%. Successfully passed two separate total quality systems audits and became certified supplier for both major customers. 
•  Achieved ISO 9001-2000 certification. Implemented Lean concepts and reduced over all cost by $600K annually. 
• Achieved the highest number of Gas Panel deliveries world wide in Q4 of 2000 by successfully shipping 519 Gas Delivery systems.                    
• Successfully transitioned both Chandler, Az and Milpitas, Ca operations to Austin, Tx during this tenure as V.P and GM.
• Implemented Oracle Operating System in 1999, 2001 & 2006. 
Reduced Gas Panel Cycle times from 10 weeks to 6 weeks.

V.P. Corporate Ops

Responsible for all Gas Delivery and Common Modules Material Operations. Managed all MRP Planning, procurement, capacity planning, order management, customer service and logistics for Gas Panels and Common Modules. Interfaced with customers and suppliers to achieve on time deliveries, cost performance, quality and lean materials.
•	Reduced Gas Panel cycle times from 16 weeks to 10 weeks via management of Supply Chain and Lean Materials implementation.
•	Improved on time performance from 43% on time to 90% on time delivery. Decreased supplier rejects by 45% and reduced supplier cost by 15%.
•	Completed Lean Manager Certification and successfully implemented Lean concepts to Materials and manufacturing line reducing cycle times by 40%.

Sr. MGR Operations,

Responsible for all Materials Operations including Master Scheduling, capacity planning, order management, customer service, logistics and procurement Supported annual sales of $115M Annually, for both trade and international sales.
•	Actively and successfully participated as Team Management member to institute worldwide Sales and Operations Planning.
•	Managed Inventory reduction team and successfully reduced inventory by 35% and increased inventory turns from 3.0 to 7.5.

Sr Mgr Operations

Responsible for various manufacturing areas including, Machine shop, Sheet metal, Welding, Chemical processing, Mechanical Assembly, PCB shop, Cable shop, Electronic assembly, Production and Inventory Control, Capacity Planning and Program Management. Responsible for managing Supervisors and Jr. Mgr's and average of 110 employees within each assigned area. During my tenure at Lockheed I performed many management task and selected to lead and manage many Tiger Teams to achieve improved operational excellence
