Graduated from Ryerson University in computer Engineering since June 2014. A highly reliable and results oriented individual with a passion for computer and automation technology.

As an Engineering Student I’ve worked on interesting successful projects including design, develop and testing of electronic systems. My latest projects include designing and testing low frequency sound for the mining industry through different medium.
 
 I am currently for an opportunity as a Technical Support Analyst . I'm bilingual (French and English) . I have a broad knowledge in software namely:

Software Development: 		Object Oriented Programming, UML modeling, Matlab, 
 						         Unix Bash, Agile Procedures, Shell scripting

Programming Languages: 		C , C++, Java, Python, Javascript, MySQL, PHP
Software debugging skills: 	Eclipse debugging and Java JUnit Testing
Analog circuit design:		        Multisim (electronic workbench), PSpice.
Assembly programming: 	        Motorola HCS12 using code warrior 
VHDL programming: 		on both  Altera FPGA (using Quartus) and Xilinx Spartan 3E FPGA 
Operating Systems:		Android, iOS, Mac, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Unix.
Proficient with: 	       Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013(Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint)

Intern - Xilica Audio Design		   				 April 2013 – September 2013

Xilica Audio Design is a professional Canadian audio company specializing in the design, manufacture and development of high performance audio DSP systems. The staffs are dedicated to the high-tech audio electronics market, translating conceptual innovations into commercial applications.

•	Analysis: (scope & operating conditions, performance assessment, safety issues, reliability analysis )            
Do a series of tests and simulations after connecting the systems to the oscilloscope to see if it was operating accordingly and make sure there was no safety issues associated with the process.

•	Design & Synthesis: ( new component selection, integration of the components & sub-systems into larger systems)
This part also involved the Soldering/de-soldering of electronic components so as to replace the faulty parts or improving it with new more efficient parts.

•	Implementation Methods: (optimization of systems )
Helped to debug the code written for the new microcontrollers being tested and another task was to installed and upgrade the firmware on the systems.

•	Testing Methods: (implementing quality control & assurance )
The systems were allowed to run for weeks, even month to make sure than it could withstand extreme conditions and usage. We kept track of them and checked if they were still functioning accordingly. 

•	Customer Service & Troubleshooting Skills:  (maintenance & replacement evaluation)
Had to deal with the emails and phone calls of customers requesting technical support if the problems could not be solved then it was sent to my colleague who had more experience.
