•	Develop all the footwear constructions with focus on comfort features and fashion trends
•	Complete sketches with detailed technical specification sheets for the factories. 
•	Initiated new ideas with focus on patterns, material selection and mold process in order to ensure a cost effective development process. 
•	Work closely with the Sales team to ensure commercial success of the products. 
•	Travel to Brazil and China to correct prototypes for design & fit. Communicate technical specifications and directions with the factory and agent in Italy.
•	Daily follow up with factories and overseas production team to ensure quality sales samples & production according to important timelines
