Director of Resort Marketing

Head all digital initiatives for all aspects of Welk Resorts online.  Developed a vision for both external and internal web based content systems and oversaw the ongoing adoption of the vision.  Drove traffic, action, and revenue across all departments. Worked with the IT team to develop and maintain site standards with regard to new development and with company Marketing teams to centrally coordinate Welk's promotions and affiliate marketing activity.
