I am a self-motivated individual who has more than 7 years of professional experience in the Hospitality Industry exemplifying team leadership qualities. There are two major attributes that I base my work performance off of, those are integrity and humility. Although I practice integrity and humility within the workplace, I am also an ambitious individual who is constantly looking to improve my own work to make myself an effective and efficient employee for whatever company it is that I work for. In 2014, I received my Bachelor of Arts with a major in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University. My business management degree has given me an insight of the field of business that varies from business law, marketing, accounting, strategic management and even international business. While attending school full time, I worked in a fine dining restaurant part time where I rose through the ranks from Busser, Runner, and even to the position of Lead Server. For 7 years I have worked at the New York Grill through economic times and have gained many skills such as strong communication stills, network marketing, sales, and even leadership. On my free time from work and my daily responsibilities, I volunteer with the American Red cross at blood drives and enjoying being active such as hiking, working out, and just experiencing life and all its beauties that it has to offer with friends and family. I believe that I have the right skills and personality to become a valuable asset for any organization, while making positive lasting impact for whatever organization it may be that I work for.
