As an IT Professional since 1995, I take pride in being one of the best in both technical and service aspects of my job. My years of experience provide me with both a broad understanding of the many aspects of an IT Network, and a deep technical knowledge of how to implement and manage one. I also have proven my ability to adapt to new situations and technologies. I believe that the IT Network exists to service the customer, so I strive to provide users with the technology and training to provide the smoothest possible experience, without noticeable downtime. The support teams I have worked on were recognized by our customers as the best available, and sought out even for issues outside of our “official” scope. My support teams have consistently exceeded company up-time requirements, often with scores of 99.999% or better.
