To assist, learn and grow within a company

Assisting the Executive Producer and Music Supervisor on essential daily tasks including: video and audio conversions and compressions, music library searching, file management, assisting producers during live recordings, drafting talent contracts [SAG & AFM], interacting through phone, email and in-person with clients, producers, composers and music supervisors about current and potential music projects. Actively attending and taking extensive notes during production and creative meetings both with clients and internally.

Assistant Producer

In addition to assisting producers and composers, general office management responsibilities including [but not limited to]: hiring and managing interns, some staff and creatives, organizing all client/catering services, assisting bookkeeper daily, managing the recording studios – implementing ideas to increase studio usage to outside sources during off-hours, updating social media websites and company website, answering phones (multi-line phone system), cataloguing music library, greeting clients and acting as liaison between Emoto, their sales reps and advertising agencies across the country.

Office Manager/Reception

Responsible for opening/closing the salon, trained new hires, stocked inventory on all products, managed 6 of the online stores – orders placed and shipments, provided quality customer service to all clients while teaching the basics of safe UV Ray tanning.

Co-Manager/Sales

Prepared and distributed necessary materials for staff meetings, independently handled multi-line phone system, became knowledgeable with advanced computer software, oversaw management of office supplies, organized master files including scripts, contact lists and schedules.

Production Assistant

Assisted with all CD submissions and managed the music library, assisted the secretary of Chief of Music, assisted on day-to-day music tasks within the department and created script breakdowns for shows.
