Experience in global merchandising, product line creation and supply chain management

•	Manage 46 styles in men’s and women’s Alpine ski
-	Reduce SKU’s while improving margin and driving year-over-year growth
•	Oversee 22 month product life cycle
-	Market analysis, briefing, development, merchandising, costing, sell-in, sell-through  
•	Weekly communication and alignment with over 8 functional areas
-	Development, finance, sustainability, design, sourcing, materials, compliance, innovation
•	Build a collection to meet the needs of five sales agencies and four global sales teams
•	Create templates for entire North Face RD&D (6 departments)
-	Departmental efficiency and seasonal business analysis
•	 “Super-user” in five data-mining platforms
•	Bi-annually present to over 500 sales reps and global executives

•	Manage 28 styles, complete mountain bike product line
•	Top-down, bottom-up cycling market analysis presented to executive team
-	Comprehensive financial analysis with projected opportunity and growth plan
•	Assist three product managers with all aspects of daily responsibilities
- 	Yearly budgets, sample distribution, SKU management
•	Oversee creation and management of 450 products in two seasons:

•	Manage 6 different product lines:        
-	Order base analysis, scheduling dates and vendor performance
•	Work with Sales, Product Development, Customer Service and Sourcing
-	Oversee and manage 466 Materials during 23 different buys 
•	Manage all “Special Projects”
