My name is Nikole Rivera. I am 25, and a recent graduate of Ex’pression College in Emeryville, CA where I have earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Filmmaking. I believe my unique combination of technical expertise, creative abilities, and customer service experience would make me an ideal person to help your team succeed.
As a digital film student at Ex’pression College, I learned to be very versatile in the different areas of filmmaking. I also gained an ample amount experience working with various programs of the Adobe Creative Suite such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro. I am also readily willing to learn and strengthen my skills. I have a very extensive background in customer service, so I do work well with the public. I am efficient and organized; a helpful people person with superior follow-through; and excellent at building rapport. I am a very fast learner who thrives in fast-paced environments where I am given multiple tasks to work on; I like to keep busy. I am also proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite on both the Windows and Mac platforms.
My previous sales and customer service skills I learned as a teller for some of the top ranking financial institutions, in addition to what I have learned at Ex’pression work hand in hand as I am able to visually and verbally portray the value of any content or product to its full potential. I have the ability to work well individually or within a cohesive team.

- Accurately and efficiently processing customer’s transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume, face-to-face customer contact environment
