As the Operations Project Manager with BuyPD, my primary focus was managing all aspects of various projects from conception to completion.

I managed the daily field operations of over 135 personnel including: 6 Regional Managers, 35 Store Managers and over 130 Sales Representatives in Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Hawaii.  I consistently maintained 10% growth over previous years' numbers during my tenure, which resulted in a $10k annual bonus.  I achieved monthly sales goals, which resulted in obtaining the other half of my bonus ($12k).  

I provided guidance, leadership and coaching in day-to-day operations of the sales department within the company, while maintaining focus of the company’s strategic sales goals.  I have “hands on” experience recruiting, assembling and training highly effective sales teams and leadership within the company.
