• Collaborated with partner digital agency on all paid, earned, and owned media along with digital buys (Hypebeast, Complex, High Snobiety) during large collection launches. Strategized target audience, ad budget and flight time.
• Compiled and delivered weekly and monthly metrics highlighting community engagement, post impressions, reach and competitor landscape.
• Oversaw all brand community management and crisis management efforts, partnering with internal customer service teams as needed.
