•Manage team of eight (8) content producers in order to meet and exceed expectations of television network partners and brand stakeholders
•Conduct customer kick-off, status, and close-out meetings
•Review plans, specifications, and scope documentation to identify project deliverables
•Manage digital assets for mobile applications and coordinate with design teams from spec to delivery
•Train clients and content producers on proper use of proprietary CMS

Digital Project Manager

•Develop scripts and original editorial content for company flagship 2nd screen iOS application utilizing Audio Content Recognition (ACR) and proprietary SDK
•Produce and execute time-synced 2nd screen content experience during prime time for all major US television networks
•Act as “In the field” content producer for major live productions in Los Angeles and New York City, such as X FACTOR for the FOX network and Amnesty International’s Secret Policemen’s Ball 50th Anniversary for the EPIX network
•Manage company social network presence through major portals such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, and Instagram – Adhering to strict standards and voicing to uphold company brand and identity
•Act as on-camera personality for company YouTube channel – Writing and reciting scripts and reviews of most popular television series on Top 5 major US networks

Digital Content Producer

•Manage All Business Activity, including Financial Profitability by personally overseeing contractual proceedings for the recording and distribution of artist albums, both internationally and domestic
•Tour Booking Coordination and Execution of several multi-week tours, both in the USA and Japan
•Publicist and Marketing Manager - Enhance artist exposure by coordinating interviews with major local news outlets, radio stations, and online news portals, while drafting press releases for all major releases and tours
•Event Management / Appearance Coordinator - Oversee all communication and coordination with several parties related to Live Performances, Photo Shoots, Music Video Shoots, and Interviews.
•Webmaster and Social Media Manager – Personally design and maintain artist web pages and execute social media campaigns through all major online social outlets
•Songwriter/Executive Producer – From conception to recording, responsible for musical and lyrical output of numerous professionally

Director of Talent Management

•Formulate and implement social media campaigns for all artists on label roster, adhering to specific standards for upholding artist identity and the Fearless brand 
•Actively assist the marketing department in promoting all upcoming tours in which the label has a vested interested - both digital and terrestrial
•Perform A&R scouting research for acquiring new talent, and present pitches to label executives and decision makers
•Brainstorm digital marketing campaigns and contest proposals in which to engage Fearless audience and increase the efficacy of each album release or tour
