Product Developer 2

To work in a diverse and positive environment while utilizing my knowledge of apparel design,
development and production to make beautiful product.

Headwear and graphic development for Salomon, Atomic, Mavic, Arc'teryx and Wilson.

·Responsible for development process for all seasonal tee shirts, sweatshirts, and headwear products – 
create specs, grading, BOM, and detail drawings.
·Schedule fit sessions and be responsible for managing fit and construction of each style.  This includes 
reviewing patterns and commenting on any fit and construction changes.
·Work closely with factory to ensure correct construction, fit and accurate BOM for samples and 
bulk production

·  Use PPS to create and maintain BOMs and bring products into production. 
·  Use PDM to create new material and trim IM#s. Bring these IM#s to buy ready status. 
·  Communicate with multiple factories and vendors around the world to create quality products.
·  Ink, print and dye specialist with a focus on natural dying methods. 
·  Review graphic strikes to maintain a high level of product integrity. 
·  Innovation team leader.
