•	Process import / export shipments via airfreight & Road.
•	Process time critical NFO (Next flight out) & AOG (Aircraft on ground) shipments.

•	Compiling Daily and monthly shipping reports for billing & auditing purposes.
•	Prepare invoices and relevant documentation per territory& customs requirements.
•	Deliver quality Customer Service.
•	Promoted to Operations Manager, February 2013.
•	Perform and organize office administration tasks efficiently, and assess daily workloads in order to allocate the necessary man power.
•	Monitor employee performance and implement procedures to minimize errors and ensure all safety measures are enforced.
