IBM Collaboration Solutions: Social & Digital Experience Specialist

I am passionate about helping clients improve their business outcomes. I specialize in two areas: Social Business Software, where I can help customer improve the way employees collaborate and find expertise within an organization and Digital Experience Technology, changing the way companies engage and interact with their customers/suppliers/employees.

• Direct sales responsibility for IBM's Collaboration portfolio including Digital Experience and Social Business software solutions. Supporting enterprise accounts located in Southern California (Los Angeles) and Hawaii.

• Was part of the Blue Spark Millennial Team, where I interacted and worked with my teammates on group projects for different lines of business and presentations given to IBM executives. 
• Worked with the IBM Collaboration Solution NY Sales Team to enhance my knowledge and skills within the Social Business portfolio. 
• Created marketing campaign’s to better prospect and cold call into NY accounts for IBM Collaboration Solutions products.

• Assisted with editorial pull requests by recording samples and processing sample returns 
• Compared and contrasted ads from competitive brands to help guarantee differentiation
• Maintained and updated media lists and other databases
• Assisted with the distribution of client information and materials 
• Took part in customer meetings to ensure editorial spreads of Rebecca Taylor clothing

Public Relations Intern

• Updated sales budget and visual display budget to always have records up to date 
• Assisted with watch and jewelry visual display on-site meetings with various retailers
