* Strategized and executed 3-5 marketing events per month between retail accounts, community
partners, sporting events, brand partners, and influencer/athlete network within North America. Main
POC for global brand marketing initiatives across different regions.
* Expanded brand visibility and generated sales leads for various distribution channels. Managed
sustainable relationships with a network of key influencers and ambassadors to amplify the brand
message and new product launches.
* Conceptualized and executed original grassroots marketing initiatives such as the Shapers Market and
Friday Surf Mornings with Brett Simpson to connect with hyperlocal communities. This concept of creating community programs that serve our consumers to create an authentic emotional connection
with the brand has allowed thousands of new consumers to experience the Hurley brand.
* Lead influencer marketing events, managed project budgets, and KPI's to align with company goals.

Water, Mauli Ola Foundation, Life Rolls On, Surf Bus, Huntington Beach High School.
* Budgeted, conceptualized, and executed SMU and promotional products with internal product team
and third-party vendors within delivery deadlines.
