•	Fostered player development on and off the ice

Adventure Bound is a youth adventure resort. 
•	Meet with group leaders to discuss what programs best fulfill their expectations 
•	Organize/train staff and discuss responsibilities and expectations 
•	Lead whitewater trips down the Kennebec River
•	Guide multi day overnight rafting adventures
•	Facilitate a ropes course focused on team building and confidence building activities that use Challenge by Choice activities 
•	Teach skills leading to climbing on an in indoor climbing wall and outdoor rock ledge
•	Deliver safety speeches to groups for all trips
•	Responsible for setup and takedown of all activities offered 
•	Use the reservation software to predict orders and look up information for operation
•	Order food for all outdoor activities
