Currently managing a team of four, including art director, two editors, and an IP content manager. Direct physical and digital content development for licensed and original Dungeons & Dragons products.

•	Launch and support the 5th Edition of the D&D tabletop game.
•	Oversee relationship with licensees to ensure adherence to brand and IP guidelines.
