Looking for a new position as IT support specialist

+ Receive, log and resolve customer incidents/requests/issues
+ Performs initial level of problem identification and attempts to resolve when possible; otherwise, documents troubleshooting efforts in incident ticket and assigns case to appropriate support group
+ Investigate technical issues and provide technical support for clients

Bilingual IT specialist

+ Handle a high volume of requests and field technical support calls and emails
+ Support different hardware problem (Desktop, laptop, Printer, Servers, Switch, 
      Router, Cash Recycling Unit)
+ Support MS Office, Outlook 2003/2010 and  Windows (XP/07)
+ Ensure efficient problem tracking via ticketing
+ Perform assessment of wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages and escalate accordingly
+ Develop the ability to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues with proven problem
determination skills
+ Demonstrate continued skill development by supporting multiple lines of business


+ Provide 2nd and 3rd level network support through interaction with both the internal user community and external software vendors within committed SLAs.
+ Monitor, configure, maintain local area network infrastructure.
+ Administer, maintain Exchange server 2007 and BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.
+ Participate in the development of policies and procedures for the IT department.
+ Administre Citrix servers, VPN, internal/external applications.
+ Maintain all server related backups/recovery, OS snapshots as well as Data backups.
+ Keep track of patches and upgrades when they become available for the various servers hardware, operating systems and applications and followed up with appropriate testing.
+ Maintain documentation for installation and configuration on various aspects of the network, and any other task that falls under the area.
