Global Category Director

I am currently working with Fox Head, a globally recognized gear and apparel brand in the motorcycle, bike, and lifestyle industries. We are developing a strategic platform to continue our brand's dominance in performance gear/apparel and further excite our customers with innovative products that change the way they identify with their gear. In late 2014 Fox was acquired by Altamont Capital, thereby launching a new direction for the company that requires some exciting strategic planning and implementation. 

I have previously worked in executive leadership positions in sales, marketing, and brand management. My expertise has typically been focused on strategically maximizing brand awareness and communication while continually listening to the market to develop innovative industry-leading products.

Extreme Sports Sales & Marketing Agency specializing in brand development and GTM strategies. Marketing side of the business manages “Strategic Storytelling” by creating and overseeing GTM timelines and creative plans for brands. Deliverables include product roadmap launch-book creation, marketing playbook development with GTM strategy, and budget consultation. Rep agency portion of the business exceeded yearly sales goals for all vendors and led companies in dollar to dealer annual growth ratio five years in a row. Established powerful relationships with national and international retailers. Consulted on effective retail dynamics (merchandising, product training, margins and growth, customer service and sales techniques), managed and built an active client list of over 100 active accounts in the Southern California Region. Founder / President

Brought on to develop a new strategic vision and execution for new product category lines. Responsible for creating and managing global product roadmaps and lifecycles with a “concept to grave” strategy for GTM, Marketing, Sales and Distribution. Implemented a strategic process that allows for scalable innovation based on market research and top-down vision/communication. A true balance of art, science, and business, in this position we broke down communication boundaries and drove dynamic brand-building innovations.

Tasked with rebuilding the internal and external sales and marketing structure for the US division of the internationally distributed ScorpionEXO brand. Work daily with all departments to formalize strategy and goals for sales, marketing, production, development, and HR. First year sales grew by 30% and new registered dealers were up by 300%.
	Notable achievements and contributions include:
•	Plan and restructure of the Sales, Customer Service and Marketing departments along with internal support systems
•	Rebuilding the national outside independent sales force
•	Organizing and developing company ORG chart, mission and purpose statements
•	Creating and driving brand awareness campaigns including retail POP display development, social media and email campaigns, and overall media strategy
•	Restructuring timelines for product launches and delivery dates
•	Developing '80/20/20 Relationship Rules' for sales initiatives and productivity
•	Oversee all new product development and category roadmaps
•	Concept and creation of the premium Black Emperor label product collection

Director of Sales and Marketing

Executive Management position with dynamic responsibilities reaching into sales, marketing, research, product development, and upper level management. Position reported directly to the CEO/Owner and focused on strategic planning, PMR department development, and daily action-items to advance the brand and achieve long-term goals. Responsible for developing the overall brand product roadmap and universal direction for the company’s growth.
Notable achievements and contributions include: 
•	Planned and created new Product & Market Research Department (PMR) from the ground up 
•	Developed key sales objectives for distinguishing KLIM in the marketplace 
•	Formalized the product brief process and incorporated a unilateral structure for universal department adoption
•	Created 2014 & 2015 product line roadmaps 
•	Built Archetype process for target customers, dealers, and activities 
•	Initiated concept and built structure for 5 year strategic plan with Executive team. Personally contributed information for company philosophies, brand growth, and product line development 
•	Wrote and developed company mission statement, core values and guiding principles 
•	Built first Brand Book for company to perpetuate a consistent brand story 
•	Rewrote sales MAP policy and pricing strategy/direction 
•	Trained sales, R&D, and marketing teams on brand direction, target markets, and product roadmaps 
•	Rewrote Visual Identity Standards for the company 
•	Developed new Radius Goggle product launch, product displays, sales training and campaign rollout 
•	Designed and developed all new POP systems for show circuit as well as standard brick and mortar displays

Brand Manager & Sales

Worked with Schuberth North America to launch their internationally renowned helmets in Southern California. Led the United States in total volume of helmet sales per region.

Certified Sales Representative

Developed a "zero dollar" territory into one of the top producing regions in the country. Keys to success were finding the "diamonds in the rough" and creating strategic partnerships with growing retailers.

Sales Representative

Partnered with burgeoning new brand to develop the Enduro/Adventure market in Southern California and beyond. Current growth projection triples previous years sales for the region.

Technical Apparel Specialist

Worked with Distributor MTA to develop key product sales with high volume shops and local merchants. Consistently top five territory sales within the Western United States.

Developed key accounts for national and international sales growth. Also worked locally to promote and build local awareness to drive sales through retailers. Rookie of the Year award 2009.

Developed territory into one of the top three regions in the country.  Built brand recognition and product placement across all of southern California. OGIO sold entire Moto product line to Tucker Rocky Distributing in late 2009, hence my departure from our partnership.

Powersports Industries. Grew account base in the action motorsports and watersports industries in a three state territory (Indiana, Illinois, Michigan). Individually met 100% of yearly sales goals consistently resulting in territory expansion and agency growth.  Territory boasted quarterly sales three times greater than previous fiscal year.  Primary responsibilities included growing a newly acquired division of Adrenaline (Scorpion Sports) with a strong focus on account management and new business development. Companies represented include: Scorpion USA (moto), Alpinestars (moto), CIA (moto), No Fear (moto), JH Design (moto), Jet Pilot (water), Straight Line, (water), Aquaglide (water).

Sales Consultant

Coordinated and assisted over 30 national and regional television commercials including national and international clients. Worked in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment with a major emphasis on deadlines and prioritizing projects.  Job environment demanded organization, excellent computer skills, and communication within a team-oriented atmosphere. Managed teams of up to seventy people on any given project

As Executive Assistant, PA/Coordinator: 
Assistant Coordinator/Web Design & Marketing.  Assisted national film and television producer in document processing, filing, web development and maintenance, business marketing, database creation and implementation, client relations, and office management.  Assisted the Producer and Agency on all projects.  Position demanded excellent communication skills, detailed organization, comprehensive computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (Film & TV)

Facilitated the management and organization of all incoming video and graphical projects. Primary assignments were shooting video for clients, editing footage, and developing compelling visual presentations. Strong emphasis on deadlines, organization, and detail. Managed groups of five to twenty freelance employees on any given project. Winner of two film awards by the Chicago International Film Festival and Rhode Island Film Festival.
