Senior Application Analyst

7 years as application analyst, promoted to senior role and work as an advisor and lead team products within my group and with other functional groups.

Writes documentation for new features; Develops test plans in preparation for projects; Collaborates with other functional groups to perform a variety of projects; Mentor other analysts; Lead weekly 'mini-team' meetings with six other analysts; On-site visits to escalated customers: Troubleshoot intensified issues, Provide feedback and education to end users (nurses), Consult with hospital IT staff, Make recommendations for OR leadership, Technical resource for software upgrades;  Expertise in cross-product integration and software performance; Creates new methods to analyze system performance

Provides technical support to existing customers using multiple products; Apply code updates and hot fixes; Presents internal and external training via written documentation or verbal education; Actively involved with the Customer Support Advocate and Dedicated Analyst programs for customers new to our product or customers finishing a major upgrade; Consistent high scores on Customer Service surveys
