I am an entrepreneur and small business owner dedicated to working on all projects creative. I've advanced my career to levels which reflect management, leadership, and loyalty.  With hard work and a positive attitude I believe anything is achievable.

A Rick Guzman Project, LLC. was established in 2011 to assist businesses with creative needs, production, brand building and graphic consultations.  As small business owners and innovative entrepreneurs, we take great pride in what we have learned, experienced and know from previous to present professions.  By sharing our knowledge and applying our efforts, we can make a positive difference... Made In America!

• Consult with Director of Design as well as Merchandising teams to develop and execute apparel design and technical schematics in areas to support entire garment offerings.

• Create, setup and present trim ideas where new concepts are requested, along with schematic support in other areas such as, print patterns, garment patterns and unique appliques.

• Contractual support in all areas of product dedications such as, visual line plans, presentation material, trend research, color palettes, sketch design etc.

Contract Design

• Managed the creation and production processes related to global print collateral including advertising, signage, website art, catalog workbooks, trade show graphics and billboards.

• Worked directly with Sales and Marketing to design and produce presentation material, garment packaging, technology hang tags and vehicle branded graphics.

• Sourced, tracked and maintained 3rd party vendor projects including printers, agencies, contract personnel, art material, garment creation and apparel graphic design. Assisted with design	creation and production of sublimated graphics.

• Coordinated data extractions quarterly with IT department to maintain automated workflow and keep manual modification to minimum while maximizing workforce.

Art Production Manager

• Maintained a large variety of material for North America and European requests including apparel sketches, trim packages, factory schematics and advertising production support.

• Assisted in conceptual brie?ng, creation and production of catalog workbooks, apparel packaging, website content, store signage, presentation support. Handled company wide requested documents including sell sheets, term & policies and personal guarantees.

• Responsible for printer maintenance, supplies, photo archival and template layouts. Liaison to multiple departments relative to general computer questions and software file management.
