Drive cost negotiations to ensure IGM goals and cost savings are met by traveling to and partnering with vendors and cross-functional global teams in Europe, Asia, and Australia offices to manage target costs, bulk seasonal projections, cost negotiations, and regional margin goals.
Create and manage vendor strategy for accessory product for all brands (Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC) working with all global regions to ensure brand quality standards are achieved on the highest level of profitability with the right vendor mix.
Build and manage the development calendar with regional and global partners and vendors to meet key milestones.

Sr. Global Product Development and Sourcing Manager

Supervised production team for accessory department, including two production managers and one sourcing manager.
