eCommerce Marketing Assistant

My ultimate goal is to attain a marketing analyst position in the fashion or entertainment industry.

I assist in marketing responsibilities that include PPC advertising, email marketing and social media marketing. We are an eCommerce business and sell wholesale retail and industrial products online. We market to B2B and B2C. I distribute and produce marketing material for the online community. This includes managing accounts in Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, all social media outlets, and designing email marketing broadcasts. I strategize and analyze how to improve and maintain several data reports by staying within budget.  

In our call center, I maintained, developed, and retained customers by providing excellent customer service. I placed orders totaling roughly $2.6M throughout my time in sales. I was the main liaison be tween customer service and quality control when reporting on products with quality issues. I was responsible for training customer service reps on how to properly report on damaged and defective products. I also collaborated with eCommerce team to place orders for Amazon Merchant Account and suggest content for blogs.   

Sales Representative

I engaged in secretarial duties including coping, faxing, emailing, and filing. I distributed all inbound phone calls on a multiple phone line system and provided customer service when needed. I was the first person to see when all clients and customers walked in to the dealership, so I was there to greet and assist them with questions or if they needed me to page sales or finance.I had to draft new phone lists and other documents as needed for sales team.
