Outdoor enthusiast who is equipped with five years of photography and retouching experience with the fashion and e-commerce industry.  After many years in Los Angeles the time has come to make my love for the outdoors a larger part of my life and would like to relocate to an area where the outdoors can be a larger party of my every day life. Career Achievements include being published in Geek Magazine.  Work has been featured on BellaandCanvas.com, ShopLately.com, and Farfetch.com. Designed and won a company wide contest to design a shopping app for ShopLately.com.  Leader and project manager to teams that created new retail software interface used for consumer ordering of photographic prints.

Source images for eHow articles.  Make sure the images selected fit within the style guidelines.  Add the images to the articles for publication.  

Photograph and style products on mannequin and hanging for web and print.  Setup lighting and white balance.  Make sure the product styling and photography are consistent.  Catalog images and name images for locating images.

Freelance Photographer

Work closely with a team of stylists to produce product shots of apparel on a model. Worked efficiently and quickly while maintaining the brand aesthetic. Adjust details, clothing, and lighting, to create images that require as little editing as possible. Communicate with Copy Writers and Retouchers regarding time line and any additional photographers required to complete the product listing. Reported to the Studio Manager and Lead Photographer and ensured that daily goals and deadlines are being met. Collaborate with a team to improve efficiency within the workflow and eliminate any waste and extra time.


Photograph audience member for The Price is Right and Let's Make a Deal.  Adjust lighting for best green screen results.  Edit images using PhotoKey 4 Pro Software.  Present the images to the customers and sell prints on-site.  

Recreate the face of each watch using Photoshop.  Build each component of the watch face to appear as realistic as possible.  Images are used for web and print.

Freelance Retoucher

Retouch products photographed on white background.  Removed background so it is pure white, retouch images, color correct and make adjustments to images.  Upload to FTP server.

Collaborate with team to produce model images for web banners.  Responsible for conceptualizing ideas and creative direction of photo shoot, while maintaing the brand identity.

Scout locations, hire talent, assist with lighting and set design, photograph models for web banners, provide direction for makeup and wardrobe.

Style and photograph product images, as well as, conceptualize and style product still life images for web banners.

Edit product images with color correction, retouching, making selections, creating layers, sharpening, cropping, etc.  The number of images photographed and edited per day ranges from 150-200.

Marketing role consist of creating Facebook posts, including copy and original graphics.

Manage all website images, including daily editorial images and all product images.

Source quality images from affiliate companies and stock photography websites, making sure to attain license permission for each image.

Edit images to fit the specifications and overall feel of the website.

Manage a team of 2-3 interns to fulfill all necessary photography requirement.s

Produce and photograph editorial photo shoots to be used along with articles published on the site.

Oversaw all aspects of the Midwest Sales Campaign which covered six major television markets.

Responsible for introducing broadcast services, including HD-SDI television transmission, to potential clients through cold calls, emails, presentations, and in person meetings.
