Customer Service Associate

Responsible for handling all customer inquiries, sales, returns at the Customer Service/Return Desk, operating the cash register, processing customer payments, bagging customer goods, and processing customer returns, etc. Greets and acknowledges all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provides quick, responsive customer service. Ability to multi-task between assigned duties, answering multiple phone lines and transferring to applicable department as well as interfacing with customers.

Responsible for data entry of material from source files to computer program. Verifies data to ensure correct entry.

Data Entry Specialist

Daily duties include: answering, screening and transferring inbound phone calls, opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence. Responding to 
telephone and visitor inquires. photocopying, scanning, filling and mailing. Creating and proofreading spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel. 

· Responsible for: 

· Assisting students with registration.

· Organizing and planning student events and preparing schedules.

· Coordinate collection and depositing of event funds. 

· File & retrieve documents. Handle requests for information and data.

· Resolve administrative problems and inquiries and coordinate maintenance of office equipment. 

· Scanning and archiving student documentation - including inputting student information into the student database.

Administrative Assistant

Daily duties include; receiving customer calls and complaints, documenting customer account updates and billing of customer charges using Prime Clinical Software.

· Responsible for: 

· Separating daily mail receipts into several files; patient payments, insurance 

· All received checks were copied and filed prior to transferring to Accounts payments & EOBs, & denials.

Payable Dept. Data was then correlated, stamped, and scanned for company history records.

Weekly reconciliation of customer payment history, including archiving and maintenance of customer payment database.

Monthly reconciliation and verification of all money received, including balancing of Bank statements.
