Cultural, social and sports event planning for upcoming High Season (November 2014- May 2015)
• Organized 2 stand up paddle contests, 2 singles/doubles tennis tournaments, 1 a-go-go golf cup and 1 family bike race
• Contributed to the creation of budget and estimations reports involving Club’s maintenance, constant improvement and enhancement
• Served as flex staff to cover Concierge’s day off at Beach Club and Fitness club, carrying out sales, office and administrative duties when required

Assistant Activities Manager

• Right hand to the President of the Mexican Surfing Federation, providing support in overseeing smooth contest execution
• Organized and handled prize money payments, reporting to accounting department for taxing purposes
• Performed Beach Marshal duties, signing in and coordinating athletes between heats
• Supervised athlete’s lounge, making sure it was well stocked with food and water
• Oversaw media and surf staff access to judges tower and athlete’s lounge
• Convened judges and staff meetings when necessary

Assistant to Contest Director @Los Cabos Open of Surf

• Carried out management of entry registries and payments
• Oversaw athlete’s check-in and on-time presence at dock
• Supervised timely execution of pre-contest training and practice, exhibition show with pro-riders and award ceremony

Event Logistics Assistant 

•	Contributed in the development, evaluation and creation of new business units and media platforms for ESPN Mexico 
•	Edited and created multimedia material in assistance to Marketing Solutions and Advertising Sales areas 
•	Updated and monitored programming schedules for different shows broadcasted across Latin-America
