• Reviewed sales trends, market data and KPI’s to ensure business decisions align with success in the market.
• Responsible for creating a balanced and productive relationship between Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Operations (domestic and overseas), Suppliers and Customers, such that, both corporate and customer expectations are met.
• Established and managed strategic relationships and alliances with third-party companies to expand our business and product capabilities.

VP of Sales

• P&L responsibility for the Wireless Division, including organizational management of Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Sales Operations.
• Responsible for the management of approximately $30 million in revenue, annually.  Increased revenues by $9 million during my tenure.
• Developed strategic sales and product plans that align with customer and company objectives, including engaging with the necessary organizations to meet objectives
• Responsible for market evaluation, product development/testing, product launch and lifecycle management in accordance with Stage-Gate & ISO principles.

VP of Sales & Marketing

• End-to-End product management responsibility for all products and services; contributing $300 million in revenue.
• Responsible for product development and implementation across all functional organizations (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, and external partners).
• Responsible for supporting all Program and Product requirements across all accounts, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, Motorola, Best Buy, Target and other customers.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the Product Information Management (PIM) system, including the integration with other systems within the organization.

Director of Product & Program Management

• End-to-End product management responsibility for emerging technology initiatives (TDM/IP Telephony and Broadband products), from business case development through product lifecycle management.
• Responsible for Product P&L and budget management for projects ranging from $500,000 to $15,000,000
• Responsible for product development and implementation across multiple functional organizations, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Engineering, Systems, Operations, and external partners

Sr. Product Manager

* Responsible for sales, marketing and operation management, including an operating budget of $3 million and the management of 10 employees.
* Responsible for product selection, Go-To-Market plan and lifecycle management of all products, including Durable Medical Equipment, Respiratory equipment, Rehabilitation products and Respiratory medication.
