-Establish initial contact with interested potential customers; quickly develop rapport and answer questions
-Analyze homes with satellite imagery to ensure customer's homes are viable for solar installations
-Explain value-proposition of our products and highlight basics of what going solar can do for customers, set appointment with consultant to go over details of their quote.
-Qualify or disqualify leads based on certain solar requirements
-Manage and maintain lead pipeline within CRM Salesforce.

-Provide research and hands-on assistance for marketing, sales and operations on a variety of projects
-Currently working with business development on a state-by-state study of renewable energy incentives for wind and solar implementations

Research Assistant

• Sale of company support services (e.g., maintenance and support contracts)
• Manage renewals process for a defined territory of mid to large-sized customers; ensure timely support renewals for customers in assigned territory
• Develop new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory
• Continuously reach monthly and yearly sales quotas and achieve performance bonuses 
• Assure all renewals are completed prior to expiration, passing leads up to Partner Sales Channel for additional service opportunities, and closing the loop for all customer interactions by providing education on the Support portfolio and infrastructure
• Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
• Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of the Support portfolio
• Educate customers on new business practices and any associated contractual implications
