With over 20+ years of design and management experience, I have developed strong skills in communication, management and design. Managed six art directors responsible for print magazines and digital editions, digital media kits, and print and digital marketing materials. Worked closely with various departments in bringing our magazines to a digital platform.  Was also in charge of running the Denver office with IT support, building maintenance, and all office equipment.

Design Production Manager

Was the art director for Wireless Week, which included the design and layout of the magazine along with the branding of the magazine. Worked closely with the Marketing Manager on all ad campaigns and redesigned the magazines website to match the branding of the magazine.

Art Director

Was the art director of Broadband Week and Wireless Week. Worked with the circulation department in bringing all circulation projects in-house. Systemized a corporate direct to plate PDF workflow program with our printer. Played a major role in moving Reed magazines to the digital edition platform. Managed all of the print buying for the Denver office.

Was in charge of producing a travel magazine "Journeys" that was used to promote all of the travel that we offered around the world. Also worked with the marketing department on the branding campaigns of each part of the company and all marketing material that was produced in-house and with the ad agency. Developed focus group process for branding and ongoing readership studies.

Started of as a graphic designer and worked my way up to Production Manager in charge of 12 magazines. Played a large roll in getting the art department into the computer world and away from wax machines and typesetters. Scheduled all collateral material for eight trade shows with the art and show department with various printers.
