Radio Creative & Production Supervisor

Beth is a well-rounded media professional with over a decade of experience in broadcast - managing traffic and continuity duties in a Top 15 market before moving on to a major national network.  Transitioning to the agency side in 2011, she’s served in both client services and media departments and is currently ROI’s Creative and Production Supervisor - working with the creative team to implement creative strategies for accounts, handling voice talent acquisition, and overseeing production and editing of radio creative.

Extensive volunteer work includes alumni event coordination for Alma Mater, working with homeless animals, and other causes close to my heart.

? Provide daily creative updates to copywriters, outlining creative projects/needs and deadlines.
? Provide copy writers with necessary resources to complete projects.
? Work closely with creative department staff to oversee implementation of creative strategies for each account.
? Send out scripts for recording and production by outside voice-over talents.
? Editing of radio and podcast spots.

?Traffic out commercial instructions to national, local and satellite stations for 8-10 Direct Response radio campaigns, billing over $1M quarterly; maintaining close relationships with station reps and traffic personnel.
? Listen to air checks on a daily basis from national celebrity endorsements; checking for creative compliance against scripts
? Work closely with buyers and account strategists by maintaining creative flowcharts and campaign schedules.
? Production Duties include edits to scripts, editing of spots using WavePad Editor, listening to VO auditions and scheduling studio time between VO talent and clients.

Media and Production Coordinator

?	Work closely with Client Service Executive to manage a million dollars of client budgets per week for Direct Response television commercial campaigns.
?	Manage incumbent accounts, making key decisions on media buying and campaign strategy; conducting client calls to inform of response and results and strategize forward momentum of campaign.
?	Pull reports daily to monitor response from cable and broadcast stations, making changes to media properties and day part rotations based on results to maximize revenue and ROI.
?	Prepare proposals for clients by conducting Internet research on similar products and campaigns; compiling media properties based on campaign budget and demographic target.
?	Regularly participate in client meetings, making recommendations to improve client campaign.

Account Coordinator

?	Responsible for reconciliation and verification of logs, seeing that spots ran as ordered to ensure accurate billing.
?	Instruct commercial copy as directed by advertising agencies to ensure proper airing of advertiser’s media campaign.
?	Instruct programming of third-party shows for network broadcast.   
?	Time shows for accuracy, re-formatting break structures as necessary based on program content to ensure properly timing.

Senior Traffic Coordinator

?	Assign copy instruction of national and local commercials as instructed by ad agencies. 
?	Create and edit daily commercial log, maximizing revenue by strategic placement of spots.
?	Maintain extensive commercial and paid programming inventory and developed efficient system of tape filing.
?	Met stringent deadlines on a daily basis, sometimes making same-day changes to commercials if necessary to meet clients' ever-changing needs.

Traffic Coordinator

?	Entered contracts into traffic system, helping to develop procedure to reduce data entry errors by nearly 80%.
?	Printed and prepared advertiser contracts for Account Executive.
?	Assisted in copy instruction and log editing as necessary.

Traffic Assistant

?	Assigned timely production of commercials and copy instruction as instructed by ad agencies. 
?	Worked closely with Production Director and Copywriter to write and produce commercials for local clients.
?	Maintained extensive commercial library for national accounts.
?	Worked closely with Account Executives to ensure proper airing of advertiser commercial campaigns.
