Confirmation Analyst

Market Risk/Deal Support Department
. Create daily functional reports utilizing Microsoft Excel 
. Act as liaison between the office and counter parties for deal confirmation purposes
. Accurately keep track of confirm disputes per counter parties. Regularly update departments of ongoing problems and provide solutions
. Coordinate with legal counsel in cases of agreements that may involve policy changes
. Mapped new proprietary software to ensure proper automation of trades for a smooth implementation
. Generate ad hoc management reports summarizing commodity trades as requested 
. Professionally and efficiently handle counter party communication to ensure all confirmations are executed and returned to PSE in a timely manner
. Upload transactions to International Continental Exchange  
. Analyze documents for discrepancies and communicate findings with the front-office
. Audit trading data (prices, volume, etc.) for discrepancies and advise on appropriate revisions

. Balance cash, credit card receipts, and record sales assuring accuracy
. Record total day/night sales
. Effectively manage multiple responsibilities at peak hours
. Provide the highest customer service when interacting with people and responding to their needs
. Keep the restaurant as clean as possible throughout the day 
. Receive catering orders and deliver to the customer 
. Restock necessary food or material items for customer use 
. Operate the cashier and order intake, and ensure customers receive their orders correctly
