?	Hired into newly formed department, establishing procedures for day-to-day business operations and managing faculty hiring processes. 
?	Ancillary responsibility is to staff and manage front desk operations for shared departmental front desk.  
?	Strategic management of selecting and staffing course offerings of over 400 seats for group of 270 students.  Created online surveys to collect student requests for courses, successful in predicting course/instructor hiring needs based on data collection, enroll each of the 200 students into courses.  
?	Performed various human resource and recruitment duties; successfully planned and hosted large events.
