Human Resources Generalist

I am seeking a position in the field of Human Resources with a company that will challenge me and allow me to increase my skill set. I am looking for the right fit for both myself and the company that will create an unstoppable HR Team. My experience in previous positions as a Human Resources Professional have afforded me the opportunity to gain experience dealing with several types of employee relations issues and facilitating resolutions. •Complete coordination of employee safety programs, safety training, and program maintenance.
•Strong knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law.
•Reporting, processing, and compliance.
•Some recruiting and disciplinary experience.

•Major assistance in payroll processing and biweekly auditing.  
•Complete coordination of employee health insurance programs.   
•Strong knowledge of Federal and State laws.  
•Employee on-boarding processing and auditing. 
•Assisting Manager and Vice President with reporting and processing. 
•Processing of Immigration and Employment Verification letters and inquiries.  
•Extensive experience with Paychex, Quickbase, PPi, Fieldglass, and IQNavigator.

•Complete coordination of all Employee Benefits including worker’s compensation, OSHA reporting, employee benefits, 401k Retirement Plans, new hire facilitation, disciplinary action advisement, and employee appreciation programs.
•Knowledge of CA and Federal Employment Law. Currently researching MI Employment Law.
•Major assistance in payroll processing and garnishment coordination.
•Assisting Senior Manager and Senior Director with reporting and processing.
•Member of the Emergency, Environmental, and Safety Committees.
•Completed E-Verify and CPR Certifications.
•Employee of the Month for June of 2011.
•Extensive experience with: 
         oADP-PCPW, EZLabor Manager, JDEdwards, Kroll & Infolink background screening programs, E-Verify, Footprints and Sonitrol Security.
