Human Resource Generalist/Office Manager

I am a very motivated person. I like to work in teams, but have good discipline with working by myself. My previous experiences have helped give me a broad knowledge base and skills necessary to begin in any level position.

Handle all Company benefit plans; developing the yearly insurance plans, enrolling, terminating and continual interaction with our insurance broker and carriers. 
Insure the Company is compliant with all employee legislation 
Day to day activities are constantly different and ever-changing, other activities I conduct; implementing policies and procedures, writing and updating the Employee Handbook, updating employee files, managing the office and continued support to the employees and company.

Basic administrative duties including: faxing, taking and transferring phone calls, and maintaining filing system. 
Inputting data and managing excel spread sheets.

Oversee incoming and outgoing mail.

	Handle multiple phone lines and take reservation requests.
