Client Relations Manager

To grow both professionally and personally!

? Managing an existing client base while working to ensure subscriptions are renewed
? Daily outbounding
to clients via phone and email, assisting clients with accessing reports, managing
user experience, and coordinating our various data tools to fit each individual client’s need.
? Providing training and guidance through oneonone, onsite meetings, online
webinars, group presentations, travel, and phone calls.
? Closely monitoring individual client usage, and identifying and addressing deficiencies on a timely basis.
? Serving as the main point of contact for subscribers and thereby developing and cultivating relationships
at all levels within accounts.
? Upselling
products and services where applicable.
