Senior Manager, Energy Services Management & Incentives

My story can be told in three phases:

1. Current - Management consulting focused on operational effectiveness, product & business development, program management and cost controls since 2009

2. Mid - Experienced in project management, controls and scheduling. I practiced and managed projects with some of the leading organizations within both the energy & utilities and heavy manufacturing industries.  During this time, I developed expertise in helping plan highly complex high-priority projects, as well as helping clients analyze their project situations and develop strategic solutions to “right the ship”.

3. Early – Operational and process auditing. I spent the first several years of my career in mostly operational auditing roles helping national organizations better understand how their internal organizations operated, identifying operational risks, as well as opportunities for performance improvement.  My roles while at PricewaterhouseCoopers were focused on understanding a client's operational processes and implementing performance improvement measures.

I have over 10 years experience working in and managing professional consulting services, market and product strategies, product development, accelerated go-to-market initiatives, and program management.         Rebate Management Service) that delivers over $8,000,000 in additional annual revenue to 
        enterprise and key major clients
•	Direct strategy and service delivery of Ecova’s industry leading ENERGY STAR services that 
        benchmark 40% of all buildings within ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager and certified more 
        commercial properties in 2013 than any other ENERGY STAR service provider in North 
        America
•	Manage Ecova’s 2014 strategic Go-To-Market revenue acceleration initiative with goals to 
        increase annual revenue for specific services by over 150% 
•	Strong working relationships with large national account clients 
•	Co-Led service design and business development of a 1st of its kind/innovative utility program 
        that delivered nearly $1MM in savings to some of the largest hospitality clients in the country

•	Designed, implemented and administered energy management programs for two of Ecova’s 
        largest clients
•	Analyzed and reported (monthly ) on assigned company’s portfolio energy performance
•	Researched and presented opportunities to improve efficiencies at targeted (poor performing) 
        locations
•	Served as client single point of contact for all of Ecova’s Facility Solutions services
•	Oversaw the roll-out of a DR program, across 31 locations at a large senior living care 
        company
•	Designed, Implemented and administered a large Midwest utility lighting program that 
        surpassed annual program goals in each of The Program’s first two years. (Sales 
        Goal/Achieved:  PY1 1,001,000 / 1,512,873     PY2 1,053,000 / 1,478,352)
•	Drove revenue and program profitability by identifying opportunities to support other programs 
        (achieved approx. $60,000 in savings over program years 1 & 2)
•	Cultivated relationships with and provided the highest quality

Energy Program Manager

•	Planned/scheduled & controlled numerous complex projects in the engineering, manufacturing 
        & utilities industries 
•	Developed expertise/competency with Project Primavera 3, P6 & Microsoft Project 2003/2007
•	Implemented a Project Office and trained several new client employees on planning and 
        controlling projects
•	Chartered, planned & controlled an enterprise wide SAP implementation at a major US electric 
        & gas utility (7000+ activity project plan)
•	Obtained certification on the PSI Project Success Method and PSI Advanced Project Success 
        Techniques

Project Consultant

•	Performed financial and operational audits for 3 of the largest PwC energy & utility clients
•	Developed work programs for numerous audits through management interviews and prior 
        audit findings
•	Managed numerous staff on several internal audits, SAS 70s, and SOX 404 assignments
•	Received the highest annual review rating during first year of service
•	Promoted to Senior Associate within first year of service
