Supporting the launch of ESI and Associates' new survey tool, Upsurveys, by managing the website content, testing the survey and providing feedback to the engineers and marketing Upsurveys through social media.

•	Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the Developer Programs through their process life cycle, which involved building internal processes, working with the engineers to implement the technological aspects, managing developer and platform owner relationships, qualifying applications and securing contractual agreements
•	Project managed the Developer Programs which resulted in the distribution and publication of mobile apps across multiple operating systems and devices and met or exceeded overall client expectations (Samsung, Korea Telecom, LG TV, BlackBerry PlayBook and BB10, Microsoft Windows Phone 8 and Tizen)
•	Developed and implemented marketing campaigns targeted to increase developer engagement and drive awareness of the Developer Programs
•	Supported client porting projects and new initiatives by collaborating across cross-functional teams including: engineering, marketing and sales, and ensured interdisciplinary projects were within budget and delivered on time
•	Managed key strategic accounts including: Electronic Arts (EA), Square Enix Europe, BlackBerry, Microsoft and Tizen, by supporting clients and closing new business with existing clients which resulted in increased sales
•	Represented Marmalade at industry events in Europe and North America to drive registrations to the Developer Programs.

Developer Account Manager

I started working with Clive Watkins on a part-time basis. During that time, I also started working for Marmalade on a part-time contract basis. When I was offered a permanent position with Marmalade, I left Clive Watkin.
 
•	Directly engaged with tenants, landlords, and subcontractors to resolve any property issues
•	Vetted potential tenants through credit and reference checks
•	Ensured the property adhered to health and safety regulations with regards to gas and electricity safety certificates and Energy Performance Certificates. 
•	Drew up tenancy contracts

Rental Agent

The company went into administration in October, which is why I had to move on to another company.

•	Managed relationships with customers to ensure the smooth process of contract, delivery, payment and ongoing relationship management
•	Liaised with senior level members of the internal development team and managed any operational difficulties to deliver game assets required to deadlines
•	Developed new business relationships through a program of cold calling and client meetings
•	Drove new business out of existing contacts and relationships and managed and maintained a pipeline of prospective Sponsors and Advertisers
•	Generated and negotiated new income streams for The Hunter game which drove product awareness
•	Presented The Hunter (online simulation game) to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, presentations, telephone calls and emails  
•	Participated in industry events and tradeshows for The Hunter game with extensive networking to gain new business leads and drive awareness of The Hunter.

Business Development Executive

I own a few investment rental properties in the UK and managed these properties full time while I was looking for another position.

•	Negotiated and networked with estate agents, which resulted in purchasing repossessed units at a significant discount to market value. This enabled 100% finance to be achieved.
•	Maintained a close relationship with rental agencies when marketing my properties to minimize void periods
•	Managed relationships with tenants and resolved any complaints or issues immediately
•	Organized maintenance and repairs, negotiated with contractors, and regularly inspected properties

Property Management

I left this company when I realized there was no room for growth.
 
•	As the first point of contact for our clients and media/press inquiries, I delivered the highest level of customer service and established strong client rapport through regular updates on our marketing programs, provided new promotional ideas and worked with clients to generate robust income streams.
•	Identified weaknesses in the brand and individual sites, in order to achieve maximum turnover and profitability
•	Ensured maximum PR and press exposure for all sites and company and coordinated marketing opportunities at University events and Trade shows. 
•	Coordinated the company website update by working with a web developer.

Marketing Assistant

This job brought me to the UK. I left this job when I realized I wanted to stay in the UK; so I took a job with Baa Bar to further my career.


•	Provided lacrosse coaching in curriculum and extra curriculum time
•	Planned for all sessions undertaken in both curriculum, extra curriculum and club practices 
•	Assisted in developing and maintaining Oxton Club’s junior lacrosse program

Local Development Officer

When my position was eliminated in January 2004, I decided to try something different and moved to England to coach lacrosse.


•	Assisted the Marketing Manager by producing, revising and editing all corporate marketing literature and broker/client communications

•	Acted as the Public Relations liaison between GBS and members of the media to manage external and internal media communications by sharing announcements on innovative programs, positive developments, company achievements, etc.
