IT Project Manager

I am a self-motivated, competitive, proficient project oriented individual who is committed to success and adept at managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. I am an effective communicator with the ability to interact with clients and all levels of management. I am a decisive, energetic, focused team leader/player capable of leading teams through implementing change and improvements.

Victor Andujo is an IS Project Manager with over six years of experience in contract planning and management, business evaluation and selection, and vendor management/negotiations. Victor is an excellent liaison between client leadership, vendor representatives, and client staff.

At T2 Technology Group, Victor serves as an IS Project Manager. He was hired based on his business management and contracts background and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Victor is responsible for IT project planning and management, hardware and software identification and evaluation, vendor relationships and management, documentation, project scheduling and implementation, and maintaining clinician, manager, and engineering staff relationships.

Currently, Victor manages a team comprised of Helpdesk, Server, and Network Engineers at Kootenai Health while simultaneously overseeing contract management with multiple high profile vendors. These contracts continue to save the hospital hundreds 

Planned, proposed, negotiated, and executed several multi-million dollar defense contracts with the United States’ Department of Defense.

Contracts Administrator

• Selected by Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as an intern to remain on staff past the initial ‘Summer Internship’ period.
• Graduate of the Epsilon Systems Rising Star Program, which is a managerial and executive training initiative led by the CEO, CFO and Executive Team.
• Company Expert in Deltek Cost Point, which is a payroll & accounting solution for government contractors with reporting & compliance features, helping to improve profitability & efficiency.
• Subcontract Administrator for various multi-million dollar private and government defense subcontracts.
• Involved in proposal negotiations, contract development and implementation, as well as subcontract closeouts.

Subcontract Administrator II

• Primary fund developer helping to start the first varsity football program at the school, including managing the team budget and working closely with The Rock Academy and Athletic Director to create initial program.
• Served as Head Coach, where responsibilities included working closely with school administration, faculty, players and parents to help build valuable relationships and character amongst student-athletes.
• Oversaw the development and implementation of The Rock Academy’s athletic website: therockacademy.org/athletics
• Used planning, organizing, and managing of certain resources and budget constraints to bring about the successful installation of The Rock Academy’s new weight room and athletic facility.
