I have a strong interest in staying in the cycling industry as it’s where my passion is and where my skills have grown. My interest in cycling had budded in college while riding trails and working on my own bikes, my friend’s bikes, and building a few wheels along the way. After starting work at Dimond, I started racing and I was hooked. I wore a lot of hats at Dimond which gave me fantastic hands-on experience with the composites process.

•	Proficient with every stage of manufacturing of the Dimond, an out of autoclave molded carbon fiber composite bicycle. 
•	Oversaw all manufacturing processes. 
•	Production skills include unidirectional carbon layup, preforming, bladder and compression molding, machining molded parts, bonding, paint prep, and quality control. 
•	Developed jigs for manual milling and fixtures for bonding to maintain consistent tolerances while doubling efficiency. 
•	Constructed PID control boxes for mold heaters to better produce an invariable molded part.
• Planned and welded a welding table, 6 office desks, a conference table, a coffee table, and a unique flip-surface table.

Manufacturing Engineer

• Valuable experience teaching kids in a team environment.
• Learned how to develop a training plan to maximize practice time, improve race times, and have fun in the process.

• Managed 2-5 lifeguards on shift.
• Trained to enforce rules, keep order, and respond in case of emergency.

Swimming Coach/ Assistant Manager

•	Managed and maintained previously unrecorded projects.
•	Designed Solidworks assemblies for a product line.
•	Implemented a manual to conform the future cataloguing of the product data.

Intern

Assisted in development and rapid prototyping parts by research and solid modeling.
Organized previous projects/ jobs, equipment, and procedures.
Notable projects: Personal lift chair, 4:1 banjo tuner, and gear manufacturing.
