I have worked in a number of positions that required me to interact with many types of people in different types of environments. I am a friendly and confident person who enjoys helping others and am happiest while being social.

I interact with and care for large groups of children from ages 4-13 while participating in sports and games throughout the day. I provide safe and fun activities and encourage participation. I also react to injuries and mediate conflicts between the children of the camp.

I was entrusted with a key to open the facility to set up for groups that rent rooms for dance practices. I would arrive early to set up chairs, tables, stages, etc. for the group, I would oversee the event, then tear down and lock up the facility after the practice.


Day Camp Counselor & Facility Worker

I created a data base of local schools and churches to contact and designed flyers promoting upcoming events and programs for distribution.

Sports Marketing Intern

I would set up, work, and tear down recording equipment for sporting events. I worked the will-call table as well as recording attendance and distributing tickets. I also ran the scoreboard at baseball games and assisted the bookkeeper. I would run will-call booths and sell tickets as well as keep track of and record game attendance.

Sport Communication Intern

I developed a practice plan for each practice and conditioning program and collaborated with the head coach about line up, practice scheduling, practice supervision. I analyzed the abilities of each player through reviewing film to improve the players' skills and understanding of the game.

Assistant Coach

I was entrusted to research and take notes of my opinions of companies to my supervisor at weekly goals/progress meeting. After the meetings I would organize a schedule to meet with the companies and keep a spreadsheet on the companies' level of interest in participating. I also prepared several brochures to be distributed at the event.

Junior Health Fair Coordinator

I interacted with customers by informing them of any sales promotion, answering questions about apparel, measuring sizes of feet, recommending shoe sizes, and retrieving desired apparel or footwear from the storage room. I was also entrusted to accompany manager to deposit money in the bank when on closing shift.

Saleswoman

I would interact with customers by arranging appointments, welcoming them, and other receptionist duties as well as occupying parents of  models during appointments. I set up, adjusted, and tore down equipment, lights, and props for appointments beforehand and communicated photographer's direction to model in simple terms during. After appointments I improved photo quality using Adobe Photoshop CS6 to edit photos.
