When it comes to business, not having a social media presence is the same as having a bad social media presence. My experience in social media enables me to see what works, what doesn't, and why certain campaigns are more successful than others From community engagement to social media outreach, I've worked on several social media accounts and channels with a wide variety of goals. Success was measured in reach, activity, and of course conversions. My social media experience coupled with my writing experience gives me the ability to adapt and still post quality content while adhering to the strictest of deadlines.

Wrote articles that were published on the company website focusing on the key elements and current online marketing and eCommerce trends. Every article written entailed SEO/SEM work as well.

Edited an e-book provided to the company by HubSpot.

Wrote guest blog posts for HubSpot and Inspired Magazine.

Revised the company portfolio which will be featured on the website once the new design launches later this year.

Wrote and scheduled social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn that discussed the latest news and trends in the eCommerce and marketing world.

Obtained the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot.

Managed the day-to-day operations of several high-profile, award-winning social media accounts.

Worked directly with clients on strategy, community growth, outreach, branding, and messaging.

Wrote, proofread, and revised digital copy for global posts on social media.

Supervised and trained employees according to the needs of the clients as well as the channel they were managing. This training included tone of responses, direct messaging, and response time.

Edited and wrote reports that included analyzed data, graphs, summaries, and key points raised by the community during the shift. These reports were sent to the clients as well as the rest of our team.

Helped run the social media channels for several video game companies. I interacted with members of the different communities and generated reports that illustrated the overall sentiment of the community, their concerns, suggestions, and feedback.

Social Media Community Operative

Helped run the Twitter and Facebook accounts for a top-selling video game. Graded sentiment examples, formulated reports, and worked with other team members to come up with messaging. All work was contracted through Ayzenberg Group.

Was in charge of the day-to-day operations of 3 retail locations inside the Disneyland Resort. Set daily and weekly schedule, handled escalated customer concerns, resolved employee conflicts, and communicated with Disney personnel regarding rules and regulations.

Managed upwards of 60 photography cast members at the Disneyland Resort. Developed strategies for engaging guests in photo and retail locations. Handled any guest concerns with immediate action. Set daily goals for cast members based on my experience. Worked with VIP guests to ensure their satisfaction with the photography department. Communicated with Disney personnel to assure all Disney rules and regulations were being followed at all times.
