Implementation Engineer

I have 4 years experience in both Agile Project Management & Software Implementation. Most recently at Victorious working alongside an internal Engineering team to establish an automated mobile app build process for scale, and previously, at Highway Two LLC working with a contracted Engineering team to scope and implement a B2B wholesale website.

Most recently at Victorious, I led the transition of our manual mobile app build process to an automated platform built for scale. We focus on optimizing the build process of our continued app development, automating new processes and establishing requirements for app store launches.

Responsibilities Include:
- Optimized app build process to effectively transition Victorious to a scaleable automated platform
- Established Engineering bug prioritization framework with QA team
- Implemented open source solution automated store deployment tool (Fastlane)
- Worked with Business Development to successfully manage launch of 100+ individual apps for a variety of new media content creators, totaling 300 mil YT subs
- Documented app deployment process and established best practices when on-boarding additional associates
- Worked closely with two International teams, in London/Singapore, to deploy 30+ international creators

B2B Project Manager | Highway Two LLC - Aliso Viejo, CA	                 August ’11 – August ’14
While at Highway Two, I was Project Manager for the implementation and continued development for our B2B website. I managed the product roadmap for development of B2B website, global product brand managers and our 30+ sales team, management of all incoming/outgoing seasonal product information and integration of our ERP system to external API’s as needed.

Responsibilities included:
 - Led implementation and continued quarterly development of Highway Two B2B website project
- Managed successful integration (API) of additional features as needed, specifically aimed to optimize user retrieval information for 2000+ seasonal SKU’s and deliver needed sales metrics of an internal team of 40+
- Liaison between global brand managers and inventory analyst to effectively manage season product changes and develop B2B features to refine H2 program user experience for 500+ merchants, 40+ mil
