Licensing Administrator & Marketing Project Leader

•Kept direct communication with the Screen Actors Guild and other artist labor unions to solve any and all inconsistencies concerning contractual language and usage.
•Assisted SVP and Manager of Legal and Business Affairs with a variety of projects and administrative duties.

Legal and Business Affairs Intern

•Handled all aspects of the sponsorship acquisition process.
•Researched potential sponsors, conducted probability analyses on a variety of corporations and small businesses, compiled an extensive database of potential sponsors along with probability ratios, sustained communication with over 300 companies, scheduled and directed corporate meetings with top level executives. 
•Led market research initiatives in order to increase game attendances and organized marketing events. 
•Reported directly to club chairman, partook in networking events for current and potential sponsors.

•Compiled a wide array of press releases, articles and any information relevant to NBCU and the entertainment industry in to a single document and sent it out on a daily basis to all NBCU worldwide employees. 
•Managed marketing and communications inventory, including client/executive contact information databases.
