Account Supervisor

- Manage day-to-day consumer and lifestyle media relations operations on accounts for clients in the nutrition, beverage, wine, automotive and tech sectors including Ducati, Zevia, Tongal, and Silver Oak and Twomey Cellars

- Administer select office operations from hiring, managing and mentoring of new interns and employees to managing of client accounts

- Build client press materials including press releases, media alerts and research reports 

- Craft strategically tailored pitches and secure placements in top-tier consumer, lifestyle, niche/trade, news and entertainment print, online and broadcast outlets on a national and regional level 

- Manage a product loaner fleet for up to 40 motorcycles across North America and handle the vetting of loans to lifestyle and endemic press and media influencers 

- Participate in team brainstorms and assist in building strategic PR plans for existing clients and new business

- Book and facilitate the travel of eight to thirty international journalists for international product launches for Ducati client, including coordinating proper documentation, air travel, hotels, meals, in-country transportation, entertainment and activities for attendees, and serving as an on-site hostess and representative of the client and brand

- Extensive travel to 32 countries in South America, Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe and Central America, most of the time as a solo traveler

- Researched, budgeted and executed every move of the trip independently and in real-time

- Summited Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and trekked to Base Camp of Mount Everest in Nepal, in addition to many smaller mountains and volcanoes across Southeast Asia and South America

- Served as a volunteer teacher and caregiver for 32 Burmese children (ages 18 months to 16 years) teaching English, math, crafts, and sports while helping to manage the orphanage on a day-to-day basis

World Traveler

- Managed day-to-day operations for mainstream sports and consumer clients including the USA Pro Cycling Challenge, USA Sevens Rugby, Nitro Circus Live, Sobieski Vodka and multiple Coca-Cola and General Mills brands

- Built tailored press materials for clients including press releases, media alerts, bios/profiles, talking points and messaging documents 

- Handled on-site responsibilities and managed media for the inaugural USA Pro Cycling Challenge and USA Sevens Collegiate Rugby Championship

- Managed media and influencer seeding for consumer products, from development of strategic target audiences to vendor research, distribution and follow up in order to build out relationships with contacts and garner earned media coverage

- Supported entertainment events team for talent and media coordination at red carpet events such as the Grammy Awards, the Clive Davis/Recording Academy Pre-Grammy Gala, Grammy Nomination Live telecast and more

- Day-to-day support to Senior Publicist for over 30 talent clients 

- Managed complex calendars, heavy phones and media and event inquiries and invites

- Coordinated and handled logistics for publicity tours, media appearances and respective travel (domestic and international) for high-profile talent clients

- Staffed red carpet events, photo shoots and media appearances for talent

- Researched potential new clients and business opportunities and supported the acquisition of new clientele

- Constructed media lists, researched coverage, calculated ad value and revenue for numerous accounts including Dos Equis, NASCAR, and Captain Morgan
