? Artistic leadership responsible for the “look and feel” of all things Fresno State Athletics, including:
? Website design, identity development, photography, promotional conceptualization, user design experience,
branding, social media, direct mail, television & newspaper ads, brochures, email newsletters, posters, and signs.
? Working with and building relationships with website technicians, vendors, sponsors, high-level donors, and printers.
? Developed strategic design, and marketing schemes communicating conceptual design, and design production for a wide
range of projects intended to further promote and enhance the Fresno State brand.
? Responsible for design, creation, and management of all publications, including 16 large-scale media guides per year.
? Visualized and created integrated marketing communications plan across all print and digital media, and provided
artistic leadership to team of highly creative marketing team. Resulting in:
? Expanded the student presence at home events as the coordinator of the Dog Pound student section and ticketing program.
? Increasing membership from 957 to 3,825 (Dec, 2010 - April 2011).
? Increasing revenue from student tickets and fees from $1.9 M to $4.3 M (2010 - 2012)
? Served as photography coordinator, overseeing full-time and freelance photographers, artistic direction, photo-shoot
oversight, responsible for all digital file management and archives, and multimedia development.
? Team liaison responsible for strategy, management, updating and constant monitoring of multiple social media platforms.
? Increased Facebook “likes” by an additional 10,000 (Aug. 2010 ˜ 6,000 likes to Dec. 2012 ˜ 16,000 likes).
? Co-lead the committee to completely redesign www.gobulldogs.com as primary designer and co-strategic coordinator.
? Responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow through of NCAA division I equestrian and women’s lacrosse.

External Relations Specialist

•	Cold-Called thousands of businesses and individuals to solicit season ticket sales for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club.
o	Generated $ 17,862.50 in new revenue via personal sales in 35 days.
•	Generated individual and group sales leads through strategic initiatives, prospecting, capitalizing on personal networks, building new relationships and converting competitors into customers.
•	Introduced an inside sales manual for new team members, including strategic sales strategies, targeted sales scripts, enhanced graphical breakdowns of pricing, seating maps, and step by step software instructions.

Seasonal Ticket Sales Account Executive

•	Efficient solicitation caller, securing a donation on 25%  of all calls

•	Increasing numbers and annual giving dollars through mass communications and personal relationships

•	Introduced & assisted in the creation of the Student Wildcat Club a Student Donor Program
o	Facilitated inter-departmental communications, assisting in all negotiations

•	Conducting phone and face-to-face solicitations. 

•	Chosen to be an Ambassador of the Wildcat Club, one of 30 selected out of 6,065 members

•	Designed graphic & print materials for print, mailings, promotions, and website

•	Assisted with the re-organization and marketing of the 18 Sport Interest Groups at the University of Arizona

•	Assisted in the execution of the Above and Beyond Campaign, reaching 3,700 Wildcat Club Members

•	Acted as lead intern, managing a full intern staff in call center, and at donor events

Development Intern

•	Increased annual departmental revenue by 62%, boosting revenue by + $453,000 from 2007 to 2009

•	Increased Men’s Basketball conference game attendance by + 26.7% from 2007 to 2009

•	Boosted internal operating budget by + $50,900 from 2007 to 2009

•	Oversaw the Zona Zoo program, the nation’s largest student-run student section & ticketing program for collegiate athletics

•	Engineered & executed a budget of over $100,000 annually

•	Appointed two consecutive terms representing 12,000+ student members, acting as organization’s chief executive officer

•	Wrote & negotiated interdepartmental contracts:

     o	     Introduced policy for an all inclusive sports pass & dynamic pricing scheme 
     o	     Redesigned men’s basketball ticketing system, football admission policy, & olympic sport admission infrastructure
     o	     Setup revenue-sharing agreements, several corporate sponsorships, merchandise royalties, & increased revenues

•	Designed a cross-functional team structure. Hired & trained 80+ members

•	Developed brand identity, advertising, promotions, public relations, branding, & integrated marketing communication

•	Built & coordinated more than 25 new large-scale student programs & events still being continued
