Prepared and then followed up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiated terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. Assisted the sales team by efficiently responding to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Worked between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost, and time restraints. Worked closely with National Sales Manager and Sales team to develop sales strategy  and department accordingly. Required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve. Established, developed and maintained business relationships with key accounts and everyday customers. Managed inventory and responsible for written reports for customers and management.

Lead Sales Coordinator

Provided daily leadership and in-the-moment decision making for roughly 8 employees in a fast paced environment.
In charge of all schedules being made and put out weekly, ordered all front of house equipment, cleaning supplies, paper goods, wine, beer, etc.
Closed register up nightly and balanced workbook spreadsheets, settled batch, and managed safe and restocking register with change.

Lab Technician/Group Leader

Provided precise freight handling and with the team at Fed-Ex; we prepared, organized, and packed the trailers for shipment to customer location. Maintained the highest standard of safety in use of chemically sensitive materials, fragile packages, as well as forklift operations to transport freight in an efficient and timely manner. Worked with dock team to efficiently create and execute strategy for the nights work-load to best move freight to the correct location in the safest, most organized, and time-conscious manner.
