Information Technology Manager

Worked in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable environments.
Input and managed vendor accounts. Ensured input and timely payment of vendor invoices.  Generated weekly on demand check runs and wire transfers.  Setup and process of 1099 vendors and yearly reporting to IRS.  Resolves collection and invoice discrepancy matters.  Input and managed customer accounts and credit limits. Generated daily customer sales invoices from shipping documentation. Applied cash and checks to outstanding customer invoices. Generated and applied credit memos for returned merchandise.  Reduced average customer payment from 90 days to 60 days.  Prepared credit reports for finance meetings.  Prepared monthly and yearly Journal Entries. Reviewed job order cost discrepancies.
