Hurdle Coach - Marquette University Track & Field

•	Responsible for the writing, editing and planning of communications, marketing and advertising collateral for Baird's internal and external audiences, with a focus on the Private Wealth Management business unit and broader associate population
•	Provide communications counsel, planning and implementation for Baird's field of Financial Advisors and Client Relationship Associates, in addition to other internal clients, including senior management, department heads and project leaders
•	Support tactical communication needs through regular copy editing and proofreading responsibilities
•	Work closely with Baird's Marketing & Communications teams (design, project management, digital communications, public relations, etc.) and other departments to execute projects at various stages, from planning and conception through copy creation and delivery, with tight and concurrent deadlines
• Other projects include regularly scheduled publications like the PWM Monthly newsletter, PWM Sales Spotlight, Baird News stories and other annual and periodic communications.

•	Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Division I men’s and women’s hurdlers and instruct multi-athletes
•	Organize and conduct practice sessions; film meets and record splits and results; collaborate with staff to manage team while traveling
•	2013-2014: Coached a freshman to a Big East title indoors and a runner-up title outdoors in addition to PRs for every hurdler on the squad
